450 BOND SUPER

The 450 Bond Super is nothing more than a standard 45 ACP cartridge but loaded with extremely light (90 – 100gr.) bullets. It is/can be used in a Derringer type revolver manufactured by Bond Arms in Granbury TX. The cartridges are loaded by RBCD Performance Plus, Inc., in San Antonio, Texas, who incidentally also sold it as standard 45 ACP rounds as well. It was first mentioned in American Handgunner Magazine, March/April 2003, page 116. It listed the ballistics as a 100 grain bullet moving at 2,300 feet per second.
