This is MB37 from Dixon. It is one of four 9.5x42R MB case types.The 'd' type shoulder variation was first shown in the early "B" type case in the Utendoerffer 1877 catalog. The "MBd" type with high shoulder also appears to be the same as Lorenz case #109 c1880
