Research notes
A little more powerful than the No. 1 Carbine, this cartridge was made for P. Webley & Son for a single shot rifle. There is some damange to the primer on the first specimen, which is a reload in all probability but you can still make out the waffle pattern by National Arms & Ammunition Company.
