The 50 Beowulf was designed by Alexander Arms as another alternative on the AR platform to provide a very hard-hitting cartridge that is suitable for short/medium range applications in a semi-auto rifle for urban environments that is able to stop both vehicles as well as assailants wearing body armor, while delivering enough energy not to be deflected by car windshields or body panels.
