Red anodized aluminium dummy by THOR Engineering

Supposedly a superior designed bullet. Given to some of the rangers in the Kruger National Park to test in elephant culling. Bullet was a total failure. Not magnetic and looks like an ordinary copper clad lead bullet. (Maker unknown)

As far as can be ascertained, these are South African loaded, but I have no definitive proof. They are described as "EXPLOSIVE" with what looks like inverted primers inserted into the front cavity with different colour seals.
