Research notes
The 11.2 X 42R WERNDL TARGET can easily be confused with the military 11.15x41.5R Werndl M67, but it has slightly different measurements. It was produced from about 1876 until WW2. It can be fired in the Austrian-Hungarian M1867 rifles as its dimensions are slightly smaller than the military round.
No 1 manufactured by G Roth showing case number 46 No 2 manufactured by Hirtenberger of Austria on a generic case No 3 manufactured by H Utendoerffer with no headstamp with a ringed base. No 4 manufactured by Winchester with no headstamp with what resembles a UMC type folded head construction.
